FRITTO is not only a food trailer, but it’s two chefs and an event specialist ready to cater for your needs.
Our chefs have been in the industry for over 15 years. You can find Michele in his Basilico Pizzeria in Papamoa. Stefano is the man behind Autentico cooking classes and pop-up dinners. Federico started organizing events back in Bologna while at uni, and has been in the hospitality industry ever since.
